Reporting a chord that came out wrong
This is the most useful thing you can send. Please include the artist and title, roughly where in the track it goes wrong, and what the chord should be. You do not need to attach the audio - and please do not, since we would rather not receive copies of recordings.
Problems with the Chrome extension
Tell us the video you were watching, what appeared under the player, and what your browser version is. If the chord ribbon did not appear at all, the console output from the page is worth including.
Privacy and data requests
EarChord holds no account, no upload and no audio, so there is generally nothing to request, export or delete. If you want to check that for yourself, theprivacy page describes exactly what is and is not collected. Questions about it come to the same address.
Press, partnerships and everything else
Same address. Replies usually take a few days; this is a small independent project rather than a company with a support desk.
